Summer Workouts
Summer Workout Schedule for MS & HS Athletes

Middle School and High School athletes can participate in summer workout sessions for basketball, cheer, cross country, tennis, and volleyball. The weight room is also open for high school athletes. All participants must have a current sports physical form on file with the Athletic Directors. Please note that the middle school and high school gyms will not have air conditioning.
