Over the duration of this week we will be covering physical education and getting active.  Below you will find documents to a fitness journal that we encourage students to incorporate physical activity into there daily lives.  Please document student performance on the provided log on page 3 of the pdf.   This the only graded portion of the assignment.  At the end of the week please email a picture or the document itself to my email. In the subject line of the email include your students name and grade level.  The journal will be due each Sunday at 11:59 pm for a weekly PE grade. 

My office hours are Monday through Friday from 1:00 to 3:00 if you need any assistance on the assignment.


ALL HEALTH & PHYSICAL EDUCATION STUDENTS IN MY CLASSES, BOTH MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL, SHOULD MAINTAIN A FITNESS LOG EACH WEEK OF WHAT THEY DID TO STAY ACTIVE. THE SAME FORMS BELOW CAN BE USED OR A SIMPLE DOCUMENT EMAILED TO ME DETAILING YOUR ACTIVITIYWILL SUFFICE.
