Middle School Physical Education and Health:
Over the duration of this week we will be covering Physical Education and working on Getting and Being Active! Below you will find documents to a fitness journal and we are encouraging students to incorporate physical activity in their daily lives, please document student performance on the provided log (page 3 of the pdf). This is the only graded portion of this assignment. At the end of the week please email the document or a picture to my email. In the subject line of the email include your students name and grade level. The journal will be due each Sunday by 11:59pm for a weekly PE grade.
